Sales Manager - Souring and Closing

Role & responsibilities

1. Sales to be handled independently.

2. Planning out different lead generation activities. Managing the team of Sales executives.

3. Participating in client meetings and corporate events.

4. Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers, CP's via meetings, telephone calls and emails.

5. Representing at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations.

Preferred candidate profile

1. Must have 3-5 years of experience in Real Estate sector.
2. Must be proficient in English, Marathi & Hindi.
3. Good communication skill, excellent negotiation skills, should be a keen observer with an eye for detail & self updated with all the information.
4. Excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skills.
