Accountant & Online Business Coordinator

multitask passionate aboutWe are looking for an experienced professional to handle accounting and online business operations for our SME manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate must have expertise in Tally and a good understanding of e-commerce platforms to help streamline financial management and grow our online business.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting:

• Maintain accurate financial records using Tally, including ledgers, accounts, and reconciliations.
• Handle daily accounting operations such as invoicing, payments, and bank transactions.
• Prepare and file GST returns, TDS, E-way Bill and ensure compliance with other statutory requirements.
• Manage payroll, employee reimbursements, and vendor payments.
• Prepare financial statements, including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow Statements.
• Monitor budgets and provide financial analysis to management.
• Coordinate with auditors and ensure timely completion of audits.

Online Business Operations:

• Manage product listings on e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, etc.).
• Upload catalogs, update pricing, and edit product descriptions as required.
• Analyze online sales performance and create strategies to improve results.
• Coordinate with e-commerce representatives for campaigns and issue resolution.
• Handle customer queries and ensure smooth order fulfillment processes.
• Calling the online leads for B2B segment

Qualifications & Skills :

Graduate

Essential:

• Bachelors degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting (B.Com/M.Com).
• Proficiency in Tally and MS Excel.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and online business management.
• Strong knowledge of Indian taxation laws (GST, TDS) and compliance.

Preferred:

• 2 to 5 years of experience in accounting and/or e-commerce management.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multitasking efficiently.

Location: Requires presence at the office
