JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Fee Management:

• Responsible for Fee Management and Fee collection
• Preparing and executing fee bills/demands and reminders to parents
• Maintaining fee records (Computerized and Manual)
• Collection of fee and issue receipt
• Preparation of fee summary and sending cheques/cash to Core Office
• Fee MIS Reporting
• Assist in admission process in ERP
• Ensuring that fees are received as per the fee policy and connecting with parents for outstanding fees
• Processing of caution money refund & other dues and issuance of Transfer Certificate

Expense Management:

• Verify and check all vendor/purchase bills as per the agreement and SOP
• Cash disbursement and check all cash payment bills as per SOP
• Assisting in preparation of School annual budget and interaction with department SPOC. to educate them on budgeting and planning
• Budget reconciliation on a quarterly basis
• Ensure all expenses are within the allocated budgetary heads
• Prepare noting sheet/budgetary approvals for all events & student activities in the prescribed format
• Submission of monthly provision to core office
• To prepare quarterly reports as per SOP for pre-& post-school sports activities
• Check the receipt of cash for ID cards, competition, seminars etc
• Assist in monthly labour audit

Qualifications Required:

• Any Graduation degree
• Professional diploma like CA or CS
