Job title: Academic Coordinator Pre-Primary Education

Location: Noida or Lucknow or Sitapur

The proposed role is Key position; responsible for program design and development S/he would be responsible

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Prepare teaching and lesson plans for Anganwadi workers as per the defined

curriculum.

2. Prepare worksheets and workbooks for pre-primary graders as per the defined

curriculum.

3. Design various engaging teaching activities (ICT-based content).

4. Develop new TLM or teaching aids.

5. Review the content including proofreading, editing, designing, suggesting

ways to improve the previous and/or new content, etc.

6. Conduct pilots of new interventions and evaluate the impact.

7. Supervise and give constructive feedback to the field team for various

interventions.

8. Support in conducting TNI by coordinating with in-line managers.

9. Develop a training plan (annual, bi-annual, or quarterly) for the internal team

and to external Anganwadi workers.

10. Support in developing and delivering training manuals for new products or

processes in various locations.

11. Prepare training evaluation report.

12. Project mapping and tracking. Ensuring the project implementation is in sync

with the timelines.

13. Periodic monitoring of lesson plans and teaching plans.

14. Monitoring and evaluation through regular assessments.

15. Documentation and report-making as per the project need.

Educational Qualification and Skills

• MA-Education/ MA- Social Work / PGD Early Childhood Education / or any course related to pre-primary education.
• Proficient in speaking, reading and writing - Hindi and English.
• Advanced computer skills - MS Suite
• Project management
• Good coordination
• Ability to manage tasks independently under strict deadlines.
• Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• High level of integrity and commitment to quality.

Experience: 3-5 years of experience in project coordination/management or in

academics.

Requirement:

• Should be okay to travel in rural parts of Uttar Pradesh.
• Work with Aanganwadi workers and students of pre-primary level.
• Updated with the latest educational policies and techniques related to pre-primary education.
• Reporting to Academic Head
• Salary Competent to market standards and dependent on your last drawn.
