Role Description:.
- We are seeking a dynamic, self started and results-driven Business Development Manager with expertise in SaaS sales.
- The ideal candidate will play a critical role in driving revenue growth, expanding market reach, and ensuring client success for Instalogix.
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai.
- As a Business Development Manager , you will play a key role in driving growth by identifying, targeting, and converting new business opportunities.
- You will own the end-to-end sales cycle-from initial outreach, product demos, and negotiations to closing deals-ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
- Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will align sales efforts with product innovation and client needs, building a SaaS solutions that deliver measurable value.
Responsibilities.
New Client Acquisition:.
- Identify and target prospective clients within the logistics and related industries.
- Generate leads through networking, research, and strategic outreach.
- Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations to showcase Instalogix's value proposition.
Sales Process Management:.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including lead qualification, proposal creation, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Maintain an updated pipeline of opportunities using CRM tools to track progress and performance.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Relationship Building:.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Act as a trusted advisor, understanding client pain points and offering tailored solutions to meet their needs.
Market Intelligence:.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the SaaS and logistics sectors.
- Provide feedback to internal teams on market demands and client expectations to refine the product and sales strategies.
Qualifications.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in SaaS sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand client needs and align them with product offerings.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple clients and priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales automation platforms.
- A self-starter with a proactive and results-driven mindset.
