Performance Marketer

Role & responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Paid Marketing Expert to manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and other online platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of performance marketing, data analysis, and audience targeting to drive ROI and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and other paid campaigns.
• Conduct in-depth keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using platforms like Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and other tracking tools.
• Develop and implement A/B testing strategies to improve ad performance and conversion rates.
• Manage ad budgets efficiently to maximize ROI and achieve business objectives.
• Stay updated with the latest ad policies, platform updates, and industry trends.
• Collaborate with content and design teams to create compelling ad creatives and copy.
• Generate weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of proven experience in managing Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of PPC, remarketing, display advertising, and conversion tracking.
• Proficiency in Google Ads Manager, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and third-party ad tools.
• Experience in handling ad budgets and optimizing campaigns for CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS, and lead generation.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Familiarity with SEO and organic social media marketing is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
