Supervisor-Production (Shift In-charge) Rubber Industry Prefered Only.

Role & responsibilities:-

• Strong knowledge of rubber injection molding process and machinery
• Leadership and team management skills
• Communication skill and problem solving abilities
• Familiarity with quality control procedures and safety regulations
• Ability to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays
• Supervise rubber injection molding machine operators and support staff
• Monitor production schedules, quality and output
• Ensure timely completion of production orders
• Trouble shoot production issues and implement corrective actions
• Conduct Quality check and products and processes
• Implement quality control procedures
• Identify and address quality issues
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations
• Conduct regular safety inspections
• Investigate incidents and near- misses
• Lead, train and develop team members
• Evaluate performance and provide feedback
• Address employee concerns and conflicts
• Collaborate with production planning, quality, and maintenance team
• Communicate shift progress, issues, and concerns to management
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives

Preferred candidate profile

• Certification in rubber technology or injection molding
• Experience with lean manufacturing principles
• Knowledge of quality management systems
• Six Sigma or other process improvement certifications
• Familiarity with rubber compounds and material handling
• Knowledge of mould and maintenance
• Experience with rubber injection molding machine trouble shooting
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, Multi-tasking & Time management
• Should have excellent command on written and spoken English
