ETP Operator / ETP Shift Incharge

Role & responsibilities

• Area responsible- Process operation of ETP/STP plant
• Routine inspection/Monitoring of all process equipment in the plant
• Fair domain knowledge with experience in the operation of pumps, flow meters, pneumatics and rotating equipment.
• Manage / Control Manpower and allotting jobs to contract people as and when required.
• Process analysis, chemical consumption monitoring of various sections of the process.
• Generating of Daily reports like (Service Maintenance, Break downs etc.)
• Responsible for verification of planned/ scheduled and implementation of Preventive Maintenance / testing of equipments
• Responsible for verification of review of Daily Log sheets, housekeeping etc.
• Ensure maximum availability of equipment's at optimum performance level.
• To ensure 100% statutory and safety compliance related to process.

Preferred candidate profile

• Handling of ETP/STP operations up to 2000 KLD treatment plant , process involves primary treatment like Screen process, O&G & DAF , Secondary treatment
