We are looking for Shift Engineer role for facility. Facility maintenance team will comprise of Housekeeping, Safety, Power and Water Management team.
Roles Responsibilities:
- Ensure the operation and maintenance of all Technical work on the site.
- Ensure com plaints are addressed by allocating technician s/Staffs
- Plan, Schedule, and implement 52 Preventive Maintenance Schedules for all Continental MEP assets.
- Maintain inventory and report the statu s
- Plan shift roster for team and ensure team attendance
- Report status to FM via email
- Provide administrative support
- Interact with customers through e-mails/calls
Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent technical skills in MEP
- Ready to work in project in client place.
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Strong multitasking skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Qualifications: BE/B-Tech in EEE, Civil, Mechanical.
- Language: English, Tamil
- Location: Chennai
