Job Description:

- This role is a unique opportunity to lead large-scale renewable energy projects in solar and wind, contributing to India's green energy transition. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to drive impactful change and play a pivotal role in our client's vision for sustainable energy solutions.

Your Role & Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning & Execution:

- Develop and implement annual land acquisition programs to meet project timelines and goals.

- Identify viable solar and wind project sites based on technical, legal, and economic feasibility.

Land Acquisition & Liaisoning:

- Scout and procure suitable land parcels and aggregators.

- Negotiate and finalize agreements with landowners and stakeholders.

- Ensure due diligence and proper documentation in coordination with the legal team.

- Manage relationships with government agencies, private organizations, and land aggregators.

Project Coordination & Stakeholder Management:

- Collaborate with legal, finance, and project teams to align goals and timelines.

- Provide seamless liaison and ROW (Right of Way) support during construction phases.

- Conduct site visits and monitor progress regularly, ensuring alignment with project plans.

Compliance & Reporting:

- Adhere to government regulations, local norms, and lender requirements.

- Prepare detailed MIS reports and costing insights to track project milestones and budgets.
