Expansion Manager - EV Infrastructure (10-15 yrs)

Role: Expansion Manager (COCO Network)

Location: Bangalore

We are currently retained by a leading clean energy/EV company to hire an Expansion Manager (COCO Network) who will lead the growth of the COCO network and commercial operations at a Pan- India level.

We are looking for a motivated and seasoned manager who will be responsible for driving business growth and maintaining operational excellence.

Please note experience working in a COCO model overseeing expansion and business activities is mandatory.People from EV or EV infrastructure business will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to expand market presence across India.

- Drive pan-India deployment strategy, identifying and capitalizing on growth opportunities.

- Build and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders.

- Oversee P&L, budget management, forecasting, and cost optimization.

- Ensure high performance and reliability, implementing regular maintenance and upgrades.

- Maintain strong customer relationships and address escalations effectively.

To fit the bill, you must have:

- 10+ years of experience with an MBA or engineering degree preferred.

- Proven expertise in COCO Network expansion preferably in startups

- Good understanding of EV technology and energy management systems.

- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with strong stakeholder management abilities.

- Strategic mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.

- Familiarity with local government, regulations, and environmental policies related to transportation and energy.
