Roles & Responsibilities:

• Full-Stack Development: Lead the development of scalable, high-performance web applications using the MEAN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, and Node.js).
• Application Architecture: Design and implement robust, maintainable, and scalable back-end and front-end architectures for web applications.
• Code Optimization: Ensure quality and responsiveness of applications through code optimization, performance tuning, and regular testing.
• API Development: Create, maintain, and manage RESTful APIs and services to connect applications to backend services and databases.
• Database Management: Develop and maintain database schemas, query optimization, and data migrations using MongoDB.
• Version Control: Collaborate using version control tools (e.g., Git) to manage development workflow and maintain code quality.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (UI/UX, QA, DevOps) to translate requirements into technical solutions, ensuring seamless delivery.
• Agile Development: Actively participate in Agile/Scrum methodologies, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews to drive projects forward efficiently.
• Problem Solving: Diagnose and resolve complex bugs and application issues to maintain stability and performance.
• Mentoring: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers, helping to upskill the team and foster innovation.
• Continuous Learning: Stay up to date with the latest trends, tools, and practices in MEAN
