Shayne Consultants is looking for Horticulture cum Landscaping Expert to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey.Design, plan and oversee the installation of landscapes, gardens, and green spaces according to client specifications, budget, and timelineConduct soil analyses, identify plants, pests, and diseases, and recommend appropriate treatments and solutionsSelect, source, and manage the procurement of plants, materials, and equipment required for landscape projectsDevelop and maintain irrigation systems and schedule regular maintenance and repairsTrain, supervise and manage a team of workers, including providing guidance and feedback on work performance and ensuring adherence to safety standardsCreate and present project proposals to clients and stakeholders, including cost estimates, timelines, and design plansDevelop and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other industry professionalsMonitor project progress and manage timelines to ensure projects are completed on time and within budgetProvide expert advice to clients on plant selection, placement, and careMaintain a high level of knowledge in the areas of horticulture, landscaping, and related fields through research, training, and networking.Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage timelines, budgets, and resourcesExcellent communication skills, including the ability to present ideas and plans to clients and stakeholders
