Project Engineer are site project engineers and execute project tasks per the project plan. They plan daily work schedule for contractors, allocate and monitor ongoing work.
Responsibilities and Duties
Execute, Monitor and Control Projects on the given project plan. Manage and Handle one project at a time. Update project progress in Bion ERP Portal. Raise Material Request in ERP. Understand BOQ/ Drawings and other technical documents necessary for the project. Understands site requirements clearly. Handle client escalations constructively. Provides the highest level of customer satisfaction. Manage and maintain project stores. Ensures safety of material. Escalate material-related issues on timely manner internally. Works closely and follow-ups with customer for site clearances. Takes part in all important customer and internal team meetings. Delegates, monitors and controls work assigned to contractors. Assigns daily work schedule to them. Reviews customer provided snag-list and takes corrective actions. Updates customer on the actions. Takes corrective action and reviews on Quality audit findings. Identifies any additional project work not in scope or additional oppurtunity, communicates to project manager. Timely client communications/escalations on delays due to material or third party vendors on the site. Approves bills in accordance to policy. Conducts incoming material inspection and provides report to purchase and other team. Reviews site safety and PPE. Ensure rented equipments are safeguarded. Liaisons with purchase team to move equipment to new site. Technically knowledgeable on various safety and security systems.
Qualifications
Diploma/BE/B Tech (Electricals, ECE, Mech) 3-5 years of experience in managing projects in Security Systems Integration, CCTV Solution implementation, Visitor Management System, Parking Management System, Intrusion, Video Surveillance, Access Control, Fire Detection, Public Addressable System, Other physical Security Surveillance systems. Specific skills Project Management Customer relationship management

Certifications (Preferred but not Mandatory) Certifications on Security & Safety Systems by any Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM). Computer skills Should have working knowledge on Microsoft Excel, Word and Power point presentations. Should be well versed on using computers/ laptops.
