Senior Java Software - Data Structure & Algorithm (7-12 yrs)

Job Description :

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Senior Java Software Engineer to join our Pune team. You will bridge the gap between software development and operations, ensuring our systems are scalable, reliable, and performant. You will play a key role in optimizing system health, automating processes, and supporting the growth and stability of our platform.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Java applications using best practices and design patterns.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth and efficient deployment processes.

- Monitor and improve system reliability, performance, and scalability.

- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.

- Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to peers.

- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- Minimum of 6 years of experience in Java development, with a strong understanding of design patterns.

- 6+ years of experience in a JAVA development, DevOps or similar role.

Required Skills

- Strong expertise in Java development, design patterns, and data structures and algorithms

- Hands-on experience with API development

- Proficiency in design/event-driven architecture

- Extensive experience in 2 and 3 Tier Java development architecture

- DevOps practices, including CI/CD, automation, Docker experience is a plus

- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset, and great communication skills

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
