Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Responsible to achieve all advisory product targets of branch.
- Will be responsible for cross selling third party products for the branch
- Should help branch team achieve their productivity as defined by company
- Gather assets in products as defined in KPI
- To Drive business thru Team of RM/AM/SE/IS
- Maintain I/E Ratio of 3:1 from Direct businesss & 4:1 including franchisee business
- Addition of New Revenue/asset by maintaining current revenue
- To ensure adherence to all compliance and company policy .
Preferred candidate profile
At least 1 yr exp as Branch Manager

Since new management under BNP Paribas group work culture has become worst...management believing in creating fear and pressing employees for selling. Motivational or participative management is not there...would not recommend this new sharekhan to anyone...
