Roles and Responsibilities :

- Determine and define project scope and objectives.

- Should have managed Multiple projects individually minimum 3-4 recent years.

- Knowledge of Project life cycle / Agile / Scrum.

- Stakeholder management (Internal and External)

- Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan.

- Manage the entire life cycle of multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

- Must have good Knowledge in any one : PHP/Dot Net/Java/Mobile App development

- Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement.

- Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.

- Work with cross-functional teams to plan, execute and roll-out projects that deliver the company's vision and strategy.

- Keep abreast of industry trends in technology, frameworks, and process.

Role Requirements :

- 8 - 10 years of experience as a Project Manager in IT projects

- Organizational, planning, and multi-tasking skills

- Must have experience in user stories, Scrum, Sprint, Project Tracking

- Communication skills

- Information gathering and information monitoring skills

- Professionalism and confidentiality

- Attention to detail and accuracy
