DTDC Express - Branch Head - Logistics Operations (6-10 yrs)

The Branch Head is responsible for the overall profit and loss (P&L) management of multiple branches, ensuring operational excellence, revenue growth, cost efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

This role requires frequent visits to branch locations and active engagement with teams to meet performance goals.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- P&L Management: Take ownership of the branches' overall revenue and cost management.

- Revenue Growth: Build and maintain customer relationships, support regional business development (RBD), and assist in new business development (NBD).

- Cost Management: Authority to manage all operating costs effectively across branches.

- Service Excellence: Monitor branch performance, address service deficiencies, and align with Branch Head for corrective actions.

- Team Motivation: Implement a monthly reward and recognition program to boost employee morale.

- Branch Operations: Frequently visit branch locations to oversee processes and ensure compliance with operational standards.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

- Pickup and Booking: Percentage of same-day pickups/bookings connected within cutoff times.

- First Attempt Delivery (FAD): Achieving high FAD percentages.

- Forward Closure: Timely closure of open consignment notes.

- CRM Closure: Resolving customer requests/issues within turnaround time (TAT).

- Operational Efficiency: Maintaining optimal Pickup and Delivery (PUD) cost per kilo (CPK) and cost per transaction (CPT).

Qualifications and Skills:

- Education: Graduate or Postgraduate (preferred).

- Experience: 6-10 years of experience, ideally in the logistics or courier industry.

- Local Candidates Preferred.

- Strong leadership, operational management, and customer relationship skills
