Industrial Relations

• Responsible to ensure and maintain liaison & maintain good & healthy relations with labour unions, local community, politicians and Govt. & statutory authorities.
• To ensure contract labour management and compliance as per law.
• Responsible for managing, maintaining and ensuring labour peace & harmony through regular interaction with workers, labour union.
• Responsible for negotiating with labour union & Sign Wage agreements considering management objectives & employees expectations.
• Responsible to appoint various committees to facilitate & deal with various welfare activities.
• To introduce systematic grievances handling mechanism for staff & workers and to maintain discipline & to take strict disciplinary action, if required as per standard practices.
• To plan and implement various incentive schemes & welfare activities to workers as well as staff.
• To educate & motivate team members & workers to work & reduce labour loss to Zero level.
• To plan and implement various CSR activities for general public.

Employee Safety

• Responsible for safety of all employees by ensuring safe working atmosphere.
• To ensure regular safety trainings & drills are conducted
• To ensure use of PPE by all employees

General Administration

• Responsible for smooth functioning of Security, Transport, House keeping, Guest house , Staff colony and workers colony and canteens etc.
• To ensure quick service department to attend operational complaints of all facilities.

Statutory Compliances

• To ensure 100% statutory compliance to all relevant laws.
• Responsible to that there are no violations/ non compliances / delays and defaults in filing report/returns.

Legal Matters

• To handle all legal cases with Conciliation officer, Labour Court, District & Session Court, High Court and Supreme Court of India & land matters and preparing replies in consultation with advocates at all levels.
