Opening For Social Media Manager

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement social media brand strategies, campaigns, and plans to build brand/company awareness
• Oversee day-to-day management of campaigns and ensure brand consistency.
• Develop a good social engagement strategy for the brand
• This role will be a part of the Growth team and hence must ensure an aggressive presence for the brand in the social media platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, Snap chat and other upcoming social media platforms.
• Work together with teams to guide the growth of Brand in the online space
• Work with agencies to create social media strategies, design, campaigns& content for the brand across all channels.
• Look at employer branding initiatives, working closely with management
• Translate marketing objectives into inspiring briefs for social media agencies and manage the end-to-end planning of social media campaigns, from briefs to final campaign assets creation
• Working knowledge of social listening platforms such Sprout Social, Meltwater, Hoot Suite, Talkwalker
• Monitor social media progress using web analytic tools
• Work closely with the social media agency and the team at GRT

Desired Skills And Experience

Min 6 years of experience in reputed digital and social media agency or with well known B2C retail brands.

• Excellent verbal and written/communication skills
• Hands on experience with paid social media campaigns
• Bachelors degree in marketing, PR, or related field
• Proven experience in social media management
• Experience with Hoot suite, Sprout Social, or Hub Spot
• Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
• Experience identifying and creating campaigns for target audience
