Senior Manager/AGM - Interiors

Role & responsibilities

• Concept developments and Design management for club house, Sales gallery/show flats and any other areas of project
• All projects delivered in accordance with the Format and Design Process
• Clear design briefs written and agreed with clear KPIs outlined at the outset.
• Timelines clearly defined and actively managed.
• Budget outlined and actively managed (Budget outlined and clear at beginning of project, quotes obtained for defined work and challenged against work delivered (i.e. negotiated against quality delivered), costs tracked and actively managed throughout lifecycle of project
• Material and Vendor selection
• Mockups on time
• Initial installations reviewed to monitor compliance and specification. Furniture Selection
• Projects managed through the complete lifecycle ensuring specs/ standards are updated and projects are closed fully. Execution supervision
• Snagging and Handover

Operational

• Space planning inputs
• Appropriate supplier appointed in conjunction with Procurement.
• Relevant resource and capacity is available for the complete project to ensure timelines are achieved.
• Agencies are briefed clearly (with key stakeholder present if relevant).
• Design agencies are kept well informed and challenged for the best solution at the best cost.
• Feedback sought from stakeholder on look and feel. Actions are then logged and appropriate actions taken.
• Ability to produce hand sketches/raw drawings
• Ability to document design concepts
• Co-ordinate design concepts with other disciplines like MEP, Structures
• Dealing with contractors, engineers, liaising with Architects/interior designers

Developmental

• Highly adaptable, ability to produce interesting and thought provoking concepts, freehand sketches, elevations and perspectives
• Previous experience in a Senior role with ability to provide support and inspiration to members of the team
• Highly motivated with creative passion in designs

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in Interior Design/Architecture
• At least 8-12 years of relevant experience .Familiarity with real estate or construction sector desirable
