JD- We are hiring an experienced Phlebotomist to perform blood sample collection and support related operations. The ideal candidate will have expertise in blood sample collection with a focus on patient care and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collect blood samples from patients using safe and hygienic techniques.
• Label and document samples accurately for testing.
• Safely transport samples to the laboratory in compliance with protocols.
• Maintain equipment and ensure cleanliness at all times.
• Provide a positive and reassuring experience for patients during sample collection.
Qualifications & Skills:
• 23 years of experience in blood sample collection.
• Certification or training in phlebotomy is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and adherence to safety standards.
