1) The Incumbent will be responsible for End to End HR related Compliances, Factory Act, BOCW, Bonus Act, CLRA, Shops & Commercial Establishment Act, Maternity Benefits Act, Minimum Wages etc.
2) He will be responsible for Maintaining Registers, Applying Licenses and its renewal.
3) Attending Court Cases, Coordinating with Labour Law and Government Authorities.
4) Managing Ispections and Audits.
5) Travelling to Site Locations, Manufacturing Units, Hotel Properties, Poject Locations etc.
