Determining the future needs and production capacity for producing required quantities with in financial costs.
Overseeing production related tasks including planning, scheduling and coordinating the unit wise monthly production and dispatch plan.
Maintain optimum wip for all units.
Coordinating supply chain to attain the targeted quantity and required delivery date.
Generating and analyzing reports like daily production report, delivery compliance, dispatch plan v/s actual etc.
Coordinating the annual business excellence plan (annual budget) for the year to set the targets of sales, turnover, gross margin, net margin, etc.
