International Call Center Executives

We are seeking motivated and experienced International Call Center Callers (specifically US, UK and Europe) to join our dynamic team at Shaip AI. Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to provide exceptional customer service and support
• Effectively communicate with users to explain projects and convince them to participate
• Maintain accurate and detailed records
• Handling users queries and prompt response to queries

Requirements:

• Minimum of 6 months of experience in an international call center environment
• Exceptional communication skills in English (additional language proficiency is a plus)
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Excellent active listening skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in computer systems and software
• Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
