Job Description
Position: Lead Fashion Designer
Location: Arekere, Bengaluru
Experience: 10-15 years in Apparel Designing
Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Fashion Designing
Responsibilities
- Overseeing the research and development of new styles for an organization.
- Managing the design process from conception through to final styling.
- Conducting market research to identify new trends, fabrics and seek design inspiration.
- Make season-less and Brand specific collections.
- Manage a team of designers
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of Fashion trends.
- Must have a creative mindset and styling abilities.
- Good communication and team-handling skills
- Experience in Womenswear designing (Knits)
- Experience working in a Garment Export house.
