Job Title: Performance Marketing - Sr Executive / Assistant Manager


Location: Head Office (Mumbai)


Department: Branding & Marketing


Reports To: AGM Branding & Marketing


Key Responsibilities:


Campaign Management & Execution:

  • Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and engagement.
  • Manage, optimize, and monitor paid campaigns across digital platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
  • Create and manage A/B tests, landing pages, and ad creatives to improve conversion rates.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

  • Analyze performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for optimization.
  • Generate weekly and monthly reports detailing campaign performance, ROI, cost per acquisition (CPA), and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve campaign strategies and outcomes.

Budget Management:

  • Assist in budget planning and allocate resources efficiently across different marketing channels to maximize performance.
  • Monitor and control advertising budgets to ensure campaigns are within budget and deliver optimal results.

SEO & SEM:

  • Collaborate with the SEO team to ensure alignment between organic and paid strategies.
  • Continuously monitor and optimize paid search campaigns to improve quality scores, CPC (Cost Per Click), and CTR (Click-Through Rates).

Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO):

  • Work closely with the creative and design teams to develop high-converting landing pages, ad copies, and user experiences.
  • Analyze customer journeys and implement strategies to reduce drop-offs and improve conversion rates.

Market Research & Trend Analysis:

  • Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and techniques in performance marketing and digital advertising.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify opportunities for improvement.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product, and content teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
  • Communicate performance insights and campaign results to stakeholders regularly.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3-6 years of experience in performance marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in using advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
  • Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other performance tracking tools.
  • Strong understanding of key performance metrics (CPC, CPM, CPA, ROAS, etc.).
  • Experience in A/B testing, campaign optimization, and reporting.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze and interpret large datasets to derive actionable insights.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills for reporting and collaborating with internal teams.
  • Attention to Detail: Highly organized with a keen eye for detail.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of programmatic advertising and retargeting.
  • Experience in influencer marketing or affiliate marketing.
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms and automation tools.
