Tele Counsellor

Making outbound telephonic calls to prospective leads generated through different source and counsel them for admissions.
Handling queries of candidates looking for our courses and providing program information.
Convincing the students for enrolment & generating walk-ins for courses.
Provide support to other departments at the centres as and when required.
Any other tasks/activities as and when assigned by the HOD/ Management.
Assisting Sr. Counsellor to convert Walk-ins to admissions.

Good communication and telephone etiquette are a must needed
Should have Good Convincing Skills.
