Company Secretary CS (Ahmedabad)

We are seeking a Company Secretary (CS) to handle CS-related responsibilities for Shah Investors Home Ltd. Group of Companies. The role includes organizing meetings, AGMs, and drafting meeting minutes, agreements, and other legal documents. You will manage compliance and ensure timely filing with the Registrar of Companies (ROC).

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize and facilitate board meetings, AGMs, and other corporate meetings.
• Draft meeting minutes, agreements, and legal documents.
• Ensure timely compliance with all regulatory requirements and ROC filings.
• Assist with corporate governance and secretarial functions.

Qualifications & Skills:

• ICSI Membership Number is required.
• Up to 3 years of experience as a Company Secretary.
• Freshers with ICSI membership are welcome to apply.
• Training will be provided.
