Account Assistant

Role & responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions in Tally ERP software.
• Provide support for audit preparation by gathering necessary documents and information.
• Maintain general ledger, perform bank reconciliations, and prepare monthly MIS reports.
• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including billing, invoicing, and accounts receivable.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve accounting discrepancies and ensure compliance with company policies.

Preferred candidate profile

• 0-2 years of experience in accountancy or related field (freshers welcome).
• Proficiency in Tally ERP software is essential; knowledge of other accounting packages an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, book keeping practices, and general accounting concepts.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Perks and benefits

• Salary will be in between 7000 pm to 9000 pm, depending upon the knowledge. It will be discussed at the time of final interview.
