1. Business Strategy Development: - Develop and implement effective business strategies

to drive growth, revenue, and market penetration within the B2B Kirana store space.

2. Partnership Management: - Identify, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships with

key stakeholders, suppliers, distributors, and other relevant entities within the industry.

3. Market Expansion: - Lead efforts to expand market presence by identifying new

opportunities, target regions, and customer segments.

4. Team Leadership: - Build and lead a high-performing business development team,

providing mentorship, guidance, and support to achieve organizational objectives.

5. Financial Planning and Analysis: - Oversee financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting

activities to ensure alignment with business goals and profitability targets.

6. Customer Relationship Management: - Develop strong relationships with Kirana store

owners, understanding their needs, and ensuring the app meets their requirements

effectively

7. Performance Monitoring: - Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to

evaluate business performance, analyzing data to make informed decisions and course

corrections.

8. Collaboration:- Work closely with cross-functional teams including product development,

marketing, and technology to ensure seamless execution of business strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

MBA preferred, with 5+ years of experience

• Proven Experience in FMCG sales or managing Kirana Stores, preferably within the B2B

or e-commerce industry.

• Strong understanding of the Kirana store ecosystem, market dynamics, and B2B sales

strategies.

• Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and drive

a high-performance culture.

• Experience in high-growth startups in industries such as food delivery, e-commerce, or

logistics

• Strong understanding of city-specific operational challenges and local market dynamics.
