Full Stack Developer (3-5 yrs)

Title : Sr. Full Stack Developer Contract.

Location : Mohali / Noida, India.

Contract : 3-6 Months (Potential Extension).

Experience: 3-5 Years

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable, and secure web applications using a modern technology stack (Spring Boot, NodeJS, NxJS, React, PostgreSQL, AWS).

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Product Managers, UX/UI Designers, QA Engineers) to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Develop and implement RESTful APIs and integrate with third-party systems

- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.

- Write clean, well-documented, and testable code adhering to best practices and coding standards.

- Conduct thorough unit testing and participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and maintainability.

- Investigate and troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions.

- Contribute to continuous improvement by exploring and implementing new technologies and best practices.

- Work closely with the Operations team to understand their needs and gather feedback for improvement.

- Participate in Agile development methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and contribute to sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint retrospectives.

- Mentor junior developers and share knowledge within the team.

Required Skills :

- Java (Spring Boot, Hibernate, RESTful APIs, etc.)

- Strong front-end development experience with either React or Angular.

- Experience with web technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript.

- Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
