What you will do:
  • Drive solutions focused on SAP RAR process and related integrations.
  • Drive solutions focused on Asset accounting and related integration with other SAP modules
  • Drives solutions focused on Intercompany Accounting
  • Responsible for the delivery of capabilities across the SAP S/4 Finance application platform including other Finance integrating systems and end to end solutions with PayMetric, Vertex, SWIFT, Spend Management applications.
  • Must understand FSCM, Cash application and treasury.
  • Functional Design, Development, Testing and Delivery of solutions for Release Cycles and/or new projects within a Shared Service Platform/application stack
  • Identify opportunities to improve the systems process flow, performance and technical efficiencies.
  • Be able to support the business and recommend/provide holistic solutions that integrate the existing global standards with the business needs and processes
  • Work with other IS teams along with business teams to deliver business solutions
  • Manages and coordinates with external suppliers and deployment partners to ensure they meet their contracted deliverables, agreed upon timelines, and metrics.
  • Lead/champion new generation of technologies in the Finance applications arena
  • Financial focus on delivering activities on budget, leveraging time on value-driven activities and ensuring external resources meet contractual deliverables.
  • Special projects/assignments as required.
What you need:
Education & special trainings:
  • Bachelors Degree from an accredited university in the areas of Business, Finance, Information Systems, Computer science, Engineering or equivalent field of study required.
  • Masters degree in MIS, MBA or related disciplines preferred
  • Professional qualification CA, ICWA, ACCA or related preferred
  • Educational certifications in Accounting and Finance domains preferred
  • Minimum 7-10 years of relevant experience required
  • Experience in leading teams of resources for projects, minimum 3 years
  • Experience and demonstrated understanding of global system rollouts - strategy, planning, vendor selection and implementation planning.
  • Knowledge of and ability to drive IS methodologies such as ITIL, Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile implementation methodology is preferred
  • Ability to analyze business situations
  • Excellent organizational/communication skills and attention to detail
  • Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in design and deployment of regulated applications
  • Demonstrated ability to work cohesively across a cross functional and matrixed organization
  • Strong knowledge of PC skills working with large datasets (Excel spreadsheets, PowerPoint presentations, Word documents).
  • Ability to drive initiatives and projects independently from start to finish.

Communication across the enterprise will be important as this team member will often be tasked with working on cross-functional teams as he/she executes large- scale programs and projects. The successful candidate must effectively communicate cross-functionally and at a variety of levels within the organization.
  • Organization & Strategic Agility. The successful candidate must have a high degree of situational awareness and ability to navigate complex issues and channels to successfully deliver solutions in partnership with business and IT leadership teams.
  • High Energy & Stamina. Proven capabilities in persevering through cultural and political hurdles with balanced optimism to drive and deliver on managed service strategies / objectives.
