Testing Engineer

Role & responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of testing Technicians, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Develop and implement test procedures and protocols for new products.
• Set up and maintain testing equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Conduct Functional Test (FCT), In-Circuit Test (ICT), Flying Probe Test, and other required tests according to established procedures.
• Analyze test results and provide feedback to the design and development teams for continuous improvement.
• Perform debugging and troubleshooting of assembled PCBs to identify and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality and reliability throughout the manufacturing process.
• Maintain accurate records of test procedures, results, and equipment maintenance activities.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in testing methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience in testing within an EMS company environment, with at least [X] years of relevant experience.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team.
• In-depth knowledge of test procedures and equipment setup for new product testing.
• Familiarity with Functional Test (FCT), In-Circuit Test (ICT), Flying Probe Test, and other relevant testing activities.
• Proficiency in debugging and troubleshooting of assembled PCBs.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Functional maintenance and debugging of the electronic and electrical parts of the fixture; Job responsibilities:
• Work with customers on testing requirements and solutions for electronic and electrical parts;
• Provide training and guidance.
• Responsible for electrical design, debugging and maintenance, assembly, installation, and overall debugging of equipment, as well as conducting related performance testing and technical improvement work.
