Job Summary:
The incumbent in this position shall be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the Human Resources systems by planning and implementation of Human Resources policies, programs and systems to create a healthy working environment.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Maintaining staff by recruitment, selection, orientation and training of manpower.
2. Implementing HR policies and systems starting from employee entry to exit like on boarding, induction, training, performance management system, compensation management,
career growth, learning and development system, retention, etc.
3. Maintaining employee MIS, files, records, documents & file management
4. Ensuring that the manpower costs remain at the optimum level by adherence to budgets.
5. Ensuring planning, monitoring and appraisal of employee work results by scheduling appraisal discussions and facilitating the annual increment process as a part of the complete Performance Management System.
6. Tracking and managing employee productivity on a regular basis.
7. Driving the OD Interventions and Cultural Changes in the Organisation.
8. Implementing the HRMS system.
9. Handling employee grievances as well as feedback regularly to ensure the highest level of employee satisfaction.
10. Facilitating the employee training and development activities as per functional needs.
11. Administering various human resource plans and procedures for all company personnel; monitor the adherence of statutory compliances, company policies and procedures on a
monthly basis.
12. Facilitating all employee engagement activities as per the employee event calendar.
13. Liaising with relevant authorities to ensure company's compliance with local labor laws and related statutory requirements.
14. Managing the entire administration related work including security, housekeeping, scrap management or any other duties that are allocated by the Management.
15. Management of the Performance Management System including the Key Performance Indicators for all roles and across levels.
16. Travelling to all locations of the Company Offices on a regular basis to engage with the employees and as per the Management requirement.
