Senior Machine Learning Engineer - LLM & Generative AI (7-12 yrs)

Job Description :

We are seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer with expertise in Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) to design, develop, and deploy innovative ML solutions in cloud environments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning model development, data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation. Responsibilities include building scalable ML pipelines, optimizing performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful AI applications. Proficiency in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud) and experience with LLMs are essential.

Requirements :

a. 7+ years of professional experience in building Machine Learning models & systems

b. 1+ years of hands-on experience in how LLMs work & Generative AI (LLM) techniques particularly prompt engineering, RAG, and agents.

c. Experience in driving the engineering team toward a technical roadmap.

d. Experience in programming skills in Python, Langchain and SQL is a must.

e. Understanding of Cloud services, including Azure, GCP, or AWS.

f. Strong understanding of Generative AI techniques and LLMs.

g. Experience with cloud services and deployment of ML models.

h. Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with business SMEs
