Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage a team of telecallers and provide excellent customer service.
  
• Develop and implement effective strategies for lead generation, conversion, and retention.
  
• Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and coach team members to improve their skills.
  
• Analyze data reports using Excel to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-6 years of experience in real estate industry or related field.
  
• Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate teams towards achieving goals.
  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to handle multiple stakeholders effectively.
  
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel) with knowledge of CRM software an added advantage.
