Ebay Account Manager

As an eBay Account Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management and growth of our eBay store. You will work closely with our sales and customer support teams to optimize product listings, manage campaigns, process orders, and ensure top-tier customer service. Your primary goal is to enhance the performance of our eBay account and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• eBay Listing Creation & Optimization: Create, update, and optimize product listings for maximum visibility and sales.
• Order Processing & Fulfillment: Manage incoming orders, ensure timely shipping, and monitor inventory levels.
• Campaign & Marketing Management: Plan, execute, and monitor promotional campaigns on eBay to increase sales and brand visibility.
• Customer Support & Case Resolution: Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and manage eBay cases efficiently to maintain high seller ratings.
• Sales & Account Analytics: Monitor and analyze sales performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement strategies to drive business growth.
• Seller Performance Management: Ensure adherence to eBays policies and guidelines, maintain a positive seller rating, and work to prevent account penalties.
• Problem-Solving & Troubleshooting: Actively resolve issues related to product listings, order processing, and customer service.
• Collaboration & Reporting: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and provide regular performance reports.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience managing eBay accounts and online marketplaces.
• Strong knowledge of eBay's platform, tools, and policies.
• Experience in eBay listing creation, optimization, and SEO.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to manage customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
• Familiarity with eBay seller tools and analytics platforms.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• A passion for e-commerce and business growth.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience with eBay advertising and campaigns.
• Familiarity with third-party tools like eBay Seller Hub, Terapeak, or similar.
• Knowledge of inventory management and order fulfillment systems.
• Experience in handling disputes and cases on eBay.
