Job Description
Responsibilities.
Define and document project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.Develop full-scale project plans and associated communication documents. Effectively communicate project expectations to project team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion. Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals. Addressing issues, flagging risks and jointly determining mitigation approaches. Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders. Identify and manage project dependencies and critical paths. Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools. Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations. Analyze, plan, and develop requirements and standards for scheduled projects. Identify and develop new opportunities with clients. Obtain customer acceptance of project deliverables. Manage customer satisfaction within the project transition period. Requirements.
Strong experience in successfully leading projects and programs to on-time, on-schedule, and within-budget close. Experience leading, motivating, and managing various project and program team sizes, including internal and external resources, while holding the team accountable for performance. Strong experience in SDLC Methodologies, Agile, SCRUM, SDLC / Waterfall. Strong experience in documentation. Bachelors or Masters Degree (preferred) in Business / Computer Science / Engineering / MBA. Excellent leadership, communication (written, verbal, and presentation), and interpersonal skills. Good listening skills. Self-motivated, and decisive, with the ability to adapt to change and competing demands. Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets, Google Slides / MS PowerPoint. Demonstrated understanding of Project Management processes, strategies, and methods. Excellent time management and organizational skills and experience establishing guidelines in these areas for others. Managerial experience applying analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. Ability to predict challenges and seek to proactively head off obstacles. Good-to-haves.
