- KYC/Vendor Onboarding: Ensure proper KYC documents (vendor registration, GST, PAN, Aadhaar, Udyog Aadhaar) before creating Odoo ledgers.
- Invoice Management: Receive bills on time, enter them into Odoo, apply advances correctly, and ensure GST compliance.
- Petty Cash/Cash Balance: Manage petty cash with supporting documents, maintaining a cash balance below ₹50,000 (escalate exceptions).
- TDS/Approvals: Deduct correct TDS and ensure approvers are assigned per the matrix.
- Bulk Entries: Timely book monthly salaries, allowances (on/offsite), fees/allowances for various staff, and reimbursements.
- Fixed Assets/Forex: Maintain a capital work-in-progress/fixed asset register and use correct INR conversion rates for forex transactions.
- Credit Cards: Account for credit card transactions with supporting documents, avoiding defaults/charges.
- Filing/Timelines: Maintain proper document filing and complete tasks on time.
- Payments/Reporting: Create and ensure payment approvals (Mon, Wed, Fri), assist with financial statement preparation, and support the accounts team.
- Other Duties: Perform other assigned tasks/reports.
