Store Incharge

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the store, including receiving, organizing, and distributing event decor items.
• Oversee the inventory control of decor items, ensuring proper tracking, documentation, and storage.
• Perform regular inventory checks to maintain stock levels and identify any discrepancies or missing items.
• Ensure decor items are properly cleaned, repaired, and maintained to meet company standards.
• Coordinate with event planners, designers, and the operations team to ensure all decor items are available and ready for scheduled events.
• Organize the safe and efficient storage of decor items, including furniture, centerpieces, lighting, linens, and other event supplies.
• Supervise and manage store staff to ensure smooth operations and high standards of efficiency.
• Receive, inspect, and document incoming stock from suppliers and ensure that items are properly recorded and stored.
• Assist in the loading and unloading of decor items for events, ensuring proper handling and transportation.
• Manage the returns and restocking of decor items after events, ensuring items are cleaned, repaired, and properly stored.
• Prepare and maintain reports on inventory levels, usage, and upcoming stock needs for management.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations in the storage and handling of decor items.
• Assist with the preparation and setup of decor items for events, working closely with the event team to ensure timely and effective execution.
