Job Description
- We are looking for a Backend Developer to produce scalable software solutions/products.
- You ll be part of a cross-functional team that s responsible for the full software development life cycle, from conception to deployment.
- As a Backend Developer, you should be comfortable in backend coding languages, development frameworks and third-party libraries. You should also be a team player. Experience of building products using Agile methodologies.
- Work with development teams and product managers to ideate software solutions
- Develop and manage well-functioning databases and applications
- Write effective APIs
- Test software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency
- Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade software
- Create security and data protection settings
- Build features and applications with a mobile responsive design
- Write technical documentation
- Work with business teams to improve software/product
- BE or B Tech degree with 2 to 3 years of experience
- Proven experience as a Backend Developer or similar role
- Experience of working on mobile applications
- Experience of working in a startup is a plus point
- Familiarity with common tech stacks
- Knowledge of multiple back-end languages (e.g. C#, Java, Python etc) and JavaScript frameworks (e.g. Angular, React, Node.js)
- Familiarity with databases (e.g. MySQL, MongoDB etc), web servers (e.g. Apache etc) and UI/UX design
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Great attention to detail
