Billing Executive / SHOP Assistant

As a Billing Executive and Shop Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth and efficient billing processes while also helping out on the shop floor as needed. Your responsibilities will include:

• Billing & Invoicing: Efficiently manage customer billing and invoicing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Inventory Management: Assist with stock management, including receiving, labeling, and organizing products.
• Sales Support: Help customers find products, provide product information, and support sales activities.
• Cash Handling: Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of sales.Role & responsibilities
