Roles and responsibilities.
- To review quotes received from Zonal offices.by carrying out a comprehensive analysis of the portfolio of the client and discuss them with Marine Incharge.
- Send responses to Zonal offices in a timely manner.
- Monitoring of IC ratios -Product wise and remedial measures analysis on monthly basis.
- Do quality checks of documents being issued.
- Networking with the IT, Sales, Operations and Claims team for troubleshooting.
- Support to marketing team and liasoning with intermediaries.
- Support in product filing.
