Manager - Tax - CA (7-9 yrs)

Qualification - CA ( PASSED OUT)

WORK LOCATION - Andheri East Mumbai

- Good Knowledge in Accounts & GST Filing

- Expertise in Handling Income Tax, & end to end Accounting

- Knowledge of Direct Taxation, Income Tax etc Knowledge of Indirect taxation, filing GST returns

- Handling Audit/ Assessment of GST, customs, excise Handling appeals, assessments etc.

Responsibilities:

- GST compliance of the company

- Data preparation for GST returns

- Timely filing of Monthly & Annual GST returns

- Monthly Calculation of GST Liability and Input Credit with respective Ledger balance and Returns

- RCM applicability and working for same

- Following up with Vendors/Merchants for GST input credit, if not traceable in returns

- Reconciling books and GST returns

- Monthly TDS liability working and reconciling it with Expense ledgers

- Monthly TDS receivables reconciliation of Ledger with 26AS

- Follow-up with Merchants for non-deposit of TDS

- Monthly working of TCS on ecommerce transactions and liability discharge

- TDS quarterly return filings

- Accounting entries relating to GST / TDS

- Escalating and reporting transactional issues

- New registrations for GST

Experience required: 7 to 9 years in GST and TDS filing

Qualification: CA

Skills:

- Good in MS-Excel

- Worked on data preparation and filings of GST and TDS returns and reconciliations with registers
