Employee Relations Manager

We are seeking an experienced individual with an employee relations or investigative background to join ServiceNow s Employee Relations Workplace Investigations team. The role will be a strategic partner to, and key liaison between, the Global Employment Law and Employee Relations teams.

The position will be primarily responsible for conducting complex global workplace investigations including allegations of harassment, discrimination and retaliation under the guidance of the Global Employment Law team, while fostering key principles of Employee Relations. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in partnering with ServiceNow s expanding legal and employee relations teams and to work on challenging legal and employee relations issues in an exciting, fast-paced environment.
