Typical day to day responsibilities of ServiceNow Technical Lead Project Lead at Infocenter
Designing, configuring and customizing ServiceNow platform for the following application suites-
ITSM - Incident, Problem, Change Management, Service Request Management
ITOM - Discovery, Service Mapping, CMDB maintenance
ITBM - Application Portfolio Management, Project Portfolio Management, Agile Development
HRSD
CSM
Custom applications
Work in multiple instances and MSPs.
Utilize an Agile or Scrum methodology to manage development work.
Advise functional teams on design, development and overall ServiceNow best practices.
Collaborate with business, systems, and technology partners in business analysis meetings to develop business and systems requirements.
Solution and develop requested enhancements to existing ServiceNow applications.
Facilitate and support the rollout of new applications and enhancements in ServiceNow.
Analyse system performance issues and determine performance enhancements.
Regular contact with technical professionals who add value continuously and multinational clients
Delegate tasks and set deadlines.
Monitor team performance and report on metrics.
Listen to team members' feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts.
Discover training needs and provide coaching.
Suggest and organize team building activities.
Motivate team members.
Recognize high performance and reward accomplishments.
Encourage creativity and risk-taking.
Take part and lead in the organizational initiatives.
Our new team member:
Should have 3 to 6 years of relevant experience.
Should be Self motivated with strong communication skills.
Should have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Should be expert in JavaScript, XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS.
Should be expert in server-side as well as client-side scripting in Servicenow.
Should have experience in administering a ServiceNow instance including user maintenance, ACL, UI Actions, UI policies, Catlog Items, etc.
Should have deployment experience on the ServiceNow platform, including the creation and/or customization of the applications such as ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM.
Should be proficient with custom application development.
Should be well versed with ServiceNow best practices and ongoing knowledge of latest ServiceNow features.
Should be well informed in the software development lifecycle.
Should have proven work experience as a leader or supervisor.
Should possess in-depth knowledge of performance metrics.
Should have excellent communication and leadership skills.
Should have organizational and time-management skills.
Should be good in decision making.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in third party integrations is an added advantage.
Experience in Service Portal would be preferred.
Discovery experience or knowledge will be an added advantage.
Experience in domain separated instances would be preferred.
Experience in jQuery, Bootstrap, AngularJS will be an added advantage.
ServiceNow mainline certification will be an added advantage.
Candidates who are having valid B1 visa might get a short-term opportunity to travel to the US.
Interaction with multinational clients.
