Job Description
We are currently seeking a ServiceNow developer to join our team in Bangalore, Karn taka (IN-KA), India (IN).
Build technical solutions based on user stories requirements
Deliver solutions using Agile software development processes
Understand the current as is processes and deliver toolset changes as required
Customisation or development of enhancement requests for existing ITSM tools and processes
Take care of end-to-end development activities for a specific enhancement, defect fixes or project as an individual contributor
Work closely with BA s, Architects, Testing team, Support, and process teams
Work closely with vendor resources to meet development
Good ITIL, ITSM process knowledge
Exposure to Incident, Problem, Change, knowledge, and Service Catalog in ServiceNow is required
Expert in JavaScript and Flow/ workflow Configuration
Working knowledge on integrations
Experience with Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, Web Services, etc)
Working knowledge of Active Directory, LDAP, SSO
Working knowledge of web applications, networks, protocols and email (SMTP, POP3)
