Your Role:
Strong C/C++ developer who can design, modify, implement and unit test software applications while working in an agile environment. Has a good working knowledge of variety of technical concepts, practice and procedures. Relies on previous experience and judgement to plan and accomplish goal. Up-to-date on current and best practices related to software development.
Your Impact:
The candidate is expected to work with brains and passion and is responsible to deliver key features in various Simulation applications of PTC s flag ship CAD product Creo .
Your Team:
Creo is flagship CAD product of PTC. Our team is responsible for building and owning various Simulation modules of Creo. A great mix of experienced and young software professionals.
Your Day-to-Day:
Demonstration of problem-solving ability and innovation
Design software modules.
Develop and write well documented code that meets the agreed design and code quality criteria
Deliver highly performant and scalable code
Identify the performance/scalability hotspots and resolve
Perform peer code reviews as and when needed
Guide other team members
Required Skills:
B.Tech/M.Tech/MS, in Mechanical / Structural / Aeronautical / Computer Science engineering or Applied Mechanics
3 to 5 years of experience as software developer in C/C++
Should have good technical, analytical and communication skills, aptitude to learn and self-motivation
Should have good exposure to mathematics, geometry
Basic understanding of Finite Element techniques will be considered an added advantage
