Job Description
Service Operation
- Responsible for enhancement of quality of Service
- Ensure After Sales Service and drive Customers and Dealer satisfaction as per norms
- Implementation of Service policy.
- Ensure clearance of defective stock and ensure warehouse hygiene, to reconcile dealer and ASC account.
- Coordination with Sales Team on service requirements
- Collect NOCs from Channel Partners
ASC Network
- Develop network of Authorized service centres in assigned territory
- Monitor & Nurture ASC to improve service operations
- Support them to achieve R24 and R48 resolution targets.
- Supervise Technical service skills and arrange training for improvement.
- Checking, Approving & Settlement of ASC claims in CRM as per policy guidelines
Customer Satisfaction
- Track Customer satisfaction through Happy Code for ASC and Branch.
- Ensure resolution in R24/R48.by ASCs
